Key Account Assistant - Agri

Leading road transport company has a need for an Agricultural Account Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. Preferably an individual with a Diploma / Degree in Agriculture or related field. Minimum 2-3 years' experience within the logistics or agricultural sector & its transport needs. Preparing & issuing transport quotations to clients, ensuring orders are correctly captured & manifested, branches & cost centres are correctly allocated, load completion is managed & deliveries are debriefed, invoices generated & sent to customers & updating the in-house TMS system. Basic knowledge of typical South African agricultural equipment makes & models (eg. John Deere, Case, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, etc) to support client interactions & provide tailored assistance.
